    Hi, I’m the captain of a team, however one of my teammates seems to have typo’d his email address during signup and is now unable to log in. He has now made a new account, how do I remove his old one from my team?

    Slugdude – you are unable to remove a member of the team, but they can remove themselves. So, if your teammate can sign in using his incorrect email address he should then request to be removed from your team. Hope this helps.

    I’m afraid it doesn’t help, because he doesn’t know what he accidentally typed his email address as.

    Hold on, never mind, he was able to log in. He accidentally started his email with a capital letter and for some reason the email field is case sensitive? Either way, issue solved.

    Glad you got it solved. I will look into whether the email field can be made non-case sensitive.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, my teammate seems to have been confused and logged in to his new account and not his old one.

    I’ve created a new team with his new account now. *sigh*
