what do you mean by double the difficulty?, do you mean double the difficulty to figure out what cipher it is or to figure out what to do with the cipher or by double do you mean you have to put your answer for the first part through that? for the next hint could you give us a lead that we may have not noticed before, I know what type of cipher it is but not what cipher/ciphers it is.
